What you will do

• Lead the Marketing Operations function, managing internal teams and agency partners to deliver scalable marketing capabilities.
• Define and prioritize the strategic roadmap, balancing business value, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to operationalize lead management and lifecycle journeys.
• Govern marketing platforms and ensure compliance with GDPR/PECR and privacy-by-design principles.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Tech, and Data teams to optimize lead scoring, attribution, and CRM data models.
• Manage budgets, supplier contracts, and performance reporting to ensure commercial impact and risk control.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Extensive experience in Marketing Operations or MarTech strategy within complex B2B or regulated environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record in people leadership and managing multi-disciplinary teams through change.
• Deep understanding of GDPR, PECR, and consent frameworks.
• Ability to design operating models and shape end-to-end marketing architecture.
