TL;DR

Sr. Manager, Retail Development (Sales): Driving product placement and revenue growth for hirify.global brands within Walmart and Sam’s Club, with an accent on CPG sales in Food, Beauty & Care, and Seasonal lines. Focus on developing strategic partnerships with merchants, managing the selling calendar, and implementing merchandise programs to meet annual revenue targets.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Rogers, Arkansas (minimum 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Develop strategies to maximize hirify.global IP placement across Food, Beauty & Care, and Seasonal categories at Walmart and Sam’s Club.
  • Manage the Walmart selling calendar and lead buyer meetings, presentations, and recaps.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with merchants and licensee partners.
  • Track product placement via Master Account Tracker (MAT) and ensure digital excellence with licensees.
  • Collaborate with Theatrical Promotions and the Entertainment Council to align category strategies.
  • Manage travel and entertainment budgets and handle administrative reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of National Account CPG sales experience in the Food business.
  • Direct experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club is required.
  • Proficiency in solution selling, relationship building, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices (Scintilla, Madrid, Walmart +, Walmart Connect).
  • Must be available to work from the Rogers, AR office at least 4 days a week.
