Salary: $115,000 - $173,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

  • Own business-related activities and targets for a set group of Key Accounts at national and market levels.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive distribution, pricing, and promotional goals.
  • Build and maintain productive partnerships with senior management at customer HQ offices.
  • Coordinate across functional groups including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure objective alignment.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to define priorities and focus for the broader account team.
  • Coach and influence regional management and distributor partners to ensure consistent execution of hirify.global standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of Sales and Key Account experience with a proven track record.
  • Must be based in or able to work from San Antonio, TX or Pensacola, FL.
  • Experience managing chain business in grocery and/or convenience channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data sources like Nielsen, Circana, or CPM.
  • Advanced strategic thinking, financial management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems like SAP/BI.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.
