What you will do

• Serve as the primary business owner for the Dolls IP product lines at Walmart.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buying, planning, and merchandising teams.
• Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional programs to drive growth.
• Develop merchandising strategies including line reviews, planograms, and displays.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods or Mass-Market Retail.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel and retail data platforms.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Rogers, Arkansas, with ability to travel to customer and corporate headquarters.
