What you will do

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives including omni-channel/e-commerce strategies and new product launches.
  • Perform financial analysis to drive profitable growth and support decision-making.
  • Monitor competitive factors and provide data-driven reporting on POS trends.
  • Ensure flawless execution of retail programs and timely response to partner requests.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience with National Retail, specifically Walmart and Sam’s Club.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Required experience with Scintilla and Madrid platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
