What you will do
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including omni-channel/e-commerce strategies and new product launches.
- Perform financial analysis to drive profitable growth and support decision-making.
- Monitor competitive factors and provide data-driven reporting on POS trends.
- Ensure flawless execution of retail programs and timely response to partner requests.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience with National Retail, specifically Walmart and Sam’s Club.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Required experience with Scintilla and Madrid platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA degree.
