What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and translate customer business objectives into comprehensive managed services solutions.
• Own the architecture and financial structuring of engagements to ensure technical viability and profitability.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and RFP responses.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for managed services, including roadmap execution, pricing models, and feature definition.
• Partner with Account Executives to create account strategies and drive MRR and gross profit targets.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and finance teams to ensure alignment across the service lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Product Management, or Managed Services.
• Strong expertise in enterprise IT technologies including cloud, server, storage, network, and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record in pre-sales architecture with direct revenue or quota responsibility.
• Experience designing product strategies, roadmaps, and financial pricing models.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong executive presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation frameworks, analytics platforms, or managed services tooling.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service design principles, and operational governance models.
