What you will do
- Lead large-scale transformational programmes and modernisation activities in core banking, payments, and Open Banking.
- Design and advocate for pragmatic, compliant solutions within AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sale consulting engagements as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and advise on technology investments.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the FSI vertical through business development and networking.
- Stay current with financial regulations and best practices, sharing insights within Communities of Practice.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in modernisation initiatives specifically within the financial services domain.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using hybrid and near-shore resources.
- Deep knowledge of FSI regulations, GDPR, and compliant architecture.
- Expertise in modern engineering practices, including DevSecOps, Cloud native, and secure Data Pipelines.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
- Strong influence and communication skills for engaging with senior management at banks and institutions.
