What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Architects, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between R&D and go-to-market teams, translating requirements and product feedback.
• Design and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of the hirify.global platform in cloud-native and hybrid environments.
• Build scalable deployment strategies to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise customers.
• Diagnose and triage high-priority bugs and implementation blockers related to cloud platforms and data pipelines.
• Influence the product roadmap by identifying improvements based on customer feedback and field experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, preferably in data security or cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position mentoring engineers or architects.
• Must have experience working on Federal accounts.
• Deep proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and securing workloads.
• Strong experience with structured and unstructured data, including query optimization and dataset analysis.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, or CCSP.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud-native security tools, or data privacy frameworks.
