TL;DR

Human Resources Administrator (Medtech): Providing administrative and operational support for the HR function with an accent on onboarding, employee records, and compliance. Focus on ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining accurate personnel files, and managing credential renewals for specialists.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US and able to travel within the US up to 2 times per year)

Salary: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare materials, and track completion of new hire tasks.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, conduct audits, and update organizational charts.
  • Perform monthly OIG exclusion checks and monitor SLP licensure renewals.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Manage employee stipend programs and the company's donation matching program.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 2 times per year for in-person meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2 years of administrative or HR support experience.
  • Experience working with HRIS, LMS, or employee record management systems.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
