What you will do
- Own end-to-end hiring for technical (Engineering, Product Design) and commercial (AE, BDR, CX) roles simultaneously.
- Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines using a disciplined sales-funnel approach.
- Partner directly with founders and leadership to shape job briefs and influence hiring decisions.
- Proactively source passive candidates through creative methods beyond standard job boards.
- Systematize and automate recruiting processes to scale outreach and tracking without losing quality.
- Drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to increase company visibility.
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on the European market.
- Proven track record hiring for Seed or Series A startups.
- Strong experience hiring for highly technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure).
- Ability to effectively recruit for both technical and commercial (GTM) functions.
- Professional background in SaaS or AI startups.
- Must be based in Europe.
Nice to have
- Agency recruiting background with a strong billing track record.
- Experience with GTM hiring across multiple European markets.
- Experience building recruiting processes or people operations from the ground up.
- Exposure to recruitment marketing and advanced sourcing tooling.
