What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical (Engineering, Product Design) and commercial (AE, BDR, CX) roles simultaneously.
  • Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines using a disciplined sales-funnel approach.
  • Partner directly with founders and leadership to shape job briefs and influence hiring decisions.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through creative methods beyond standard job boards.
  • Systematize and automate recruiting processes to scale outreach and tracking without losing quality.
  • Drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to increase company visibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on the European market.
  • Proven track record hiring for Seed or Series A startups.
  • Strong experience hiring for highly technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure).
  • Ability to effectively recruit for both technical and commercial (GTM) functions.
  • Professional background in SaaS or AI startups.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Agency recruiting background with a strong billing track record.
  • Experience with GTM hiring across multiple European markets.
  • Experience building recruiting processes or people operations from the ground up.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing and advanced sourcing tooling.
