TL;DR
Sales Account Manager (Public Safety): Managing and selling software products and solutions into the safety sector with an accent on building strategic customer relationships and managing the sales pipeline. Location: Remote (UK). Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU. Must have or be able to gain NPPV or SC security clearance.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers across the allocated safety sector base.
- Identify and close sales opportunities for NEC Safety software and solutions to hit annual targets.
- Lead and take responsibility for formal bids and tender processes.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal product managers to align product offerings with customer needs.
- Contribute new ideas to enhance sales performance and product/service development.
Requirements
- Proven IT sales skills and experience in managing accounts.
- Deep understanding of how Public Sector organisations operate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex deals clearly.
- Experience in sales forecasting and adhering to tight timescales.
- Pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
- Ability to obtain NPPV or SC security clearance.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with recognised CRM and Sales Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
