What you will do

• Drive adoption, renewal, and usage of the First Alert platform for assigned public sector accounts.
• Develop and execute short and long-term growth strategies in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Serve as a platform expert to build and maintain relationships across the account portfolio.
• Leverage data-driven metrics and reporting to identify risks and opportunities that impact retention.
• Conduct quarterly customer reviews to ensure exemplary service and product quality.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically supporting the public sector.
• Professional fluency in Italian and Spanish.
• Knowledge of real-time alerting needs for public sector organizations, such as law enforcement or emergency management.
• Ability to communicate complex SaaS concepts to senior leaders and technical/non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (25-50% of the time).
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
