Manager, AI Success Engineers (AI): Leading and scaling a team of AI Success Engineers to drive post-sale technical success and adoption of products for enterprise customers with an accent on technical readiness, structured programs, and change-management. Focus on setting team strategy, ensuring execution and technical rigor, and building scalable mechanisms for operational excellence.
Location: This role is based in New York or San Francisco and follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office. Regional travel is expected.
Salary: $266,000β$295,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy and operating model for the AI Success Engineering team.
- Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of AI Success Engineers.
- Oversee successful post-sale adoption of products across enterprises.
- Ensure technical readiness and adoption of advanced capabilities with customers.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform product development and commercial strategy.
- Establish operating rhythms and build scalable programs and playbooks for long-term customer success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams, including 3+ years managing post-sales technical roles in enterprise SaaS or AI environments.
- Proven track record scaling technical teams and operating models in high-growth environments.
- Experience designing or owning coverage models, staffing strategies, and engagement frameworks for post-sales technical teams.
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders within complex, global organizations.
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical depth and business outcomes.
- Operate with humility, ownership, and a bias toward action to ensure customer and team success.

- Experience with Generative AI or adjacent SaaS platforms.
