What you will do

• Own the strategy and operating model of the AI Deployment Engineering team to align with company objectives.
• Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-performing AI Deployment Engineers to deliver production-ready customer applications.
• Synthesize customer needs to develop Research and Applied Product/Engineering roadmaps.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point and maintain communication with executive-level stakeholders.
• Champion the safe and innovative application of AI technology across various sectors as an industry thought leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams with a proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
• Knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco for a hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
