What you will do

• Own the strategy and operating model for the AI Deployment Engineering team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Lead, build, and mentor a team of high-performing AI Deployment Engineers to deliver production customer applications.
• Act as a technical advocate for customers, synthesizing their needs to influence Research and Applied Product roadmaps.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for executive-level stakeholders during development.
• Champion the safe and innovative application of AI technology across various industry sectors as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams with a proven ability to hire and develop talent.
• Proven experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
• Deep knowledge of network and cloud architecture.
• Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical topics for all audiences.
