What you will do

• Provide 1st line break/fix support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies across the site.
• Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly AV room health checks and comprehensive audits.
• Monitor room health via the Microsoft Teams Admin Portal and proactively manage incident tickets.
• Act as the primary AV escalation point for service requests and technical incidents.
• Deliver dedicated VIP support to Directors and VPs.
• Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line Support teams to ensure seamless incident management and project upgrades.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Strong AV troubleshooting and break/fix support skills.
• Experience with AV meeting room technologies and monitoring tools.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Teams Rooms Certification.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
