What you will do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for staff members in a cross-platform environment including Windows and iOS.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and upgrade hardware such as PCs, terminals, printers, and scanners.
• Document, track, and monitor all incidents via the ISM Helpdesk system to ensure timely resolution.
• Procure, configure, and maintain laptops, mobile technology, and peripherals.
• Facilitate and manage secure network access for remote users.
• Maintain and encourage business-wide best practices for file sharing and encryption.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows 10 & 11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills (e.g., RAM, SSD/HDD).
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Ability to manage time effectively and operate with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using Active Directory for account creation and password resets.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or Entra.
