TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI): Driving technical pre-sales and customer onboarding for an electronics supply chain platform with an accent on technical demonstrations and ROI case development. Focus on accelerating customer time-to-value and translating field insights into prioritized product requirements.

Location: Must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident) and based in the US, ideally in New York or the Northeast

Compensation: $83.3K – $170.3K OTE (depending on tier) + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Conduct technical demos during AE-led sales calls to showcase platform capabilities and build credibility.
  • Perform technical deep dives and build tailored ROI cases for OEM and EMS prospects.
  • Manage customer onboarding for the first 4 to 8 weeks, including tenant configuration and training.
  • Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform and the electronics-manufacturing landscape.
  • Identify implementation risks early to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Provide revenue-anchored feedback to the Product team based on field experience.

Requirements

  • Must be a US person (citizen or permanent resident) authorized to work in the US.
  • Proven knowledge of the electronics manufacturing world.
  • Technical foundation, preferably with a degree in a science or engineering field.
  • Ability to lead technical conversations with industry experts and simplify complex concepts.
  • High adaptability and ability to ramp up quickly across various industry modules.
