Salary: $145,899 – $247,039

What you will do

• Translate business strategy into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria to enable high-velocity engineering.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design.
• Own backlog prioritization and sequencing to optimize delivery flow and business impact.
• Lead technical discovery and product design sessions as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned product areas.
• Promote and implement AI-native product development practices across discovery, design, coding, and testing.
• Define and track key delivery metrics such as cycle time and throughput to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across product management, engineering, software development, or technical program leadership.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives involving distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or microservices.
• Hands-on experience contributing to technical execution, including debugging, prototyping, or CI/CD improvements.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI-native engineering practices in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
