What you will do
- Lead the enterprise sales strategy to drive large-scale housing and partnership opportunities.
- Hunt, cultivate, and close strategic B2B partnerships with corporate housing providers, OTAs, and event groups.
- Develop and execute go-to-market expansion plans, revenue strategies, and account segmentation frameworks.
- Oversee deal structuring, contract negotiations, and pricing to ensure long-term mutual value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Establish and manage performance metrics, reporting, and forecasting to drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management in hospitality, real estate, or travel.
- Proven success leading sales teams and driving multi-million-dollar B2B revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business verticals from early-stage to sustained growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep understanding of sales pipeline management and enterprise deal cycles.
- Location: Must be based in or work on-site in Miami, FL
