What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Translate client needs and business goals into actionable plans aligned with hirify.global’s AI capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to drive value through product adoption, feature utilization, and cross-selling.
• Manage contract renewals and lead commercial discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Program, Tech, Support, and Data Science teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics and represent the client's voice to influence internal product development.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive strategic insights from data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (preference for Miami).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in travel, mobility, logistics, or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of working with enterprise clients.
