What you will do
- Prospect and close net-new enterprise accounts within the hospitality sector.
- Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic account mapping.
- Lead long, complex sales cycles engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within large hotel groups.
- Develop tailored engagement strategies and high-impact executive presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate CRM forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution, including channel management and PMS/CRS connectivity.
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
- Must be based in Florida state.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills using CRM tools.
- Direct experience in hospitality, travel tech, or hotel distribution.
Nice to have
- Background in value-based or consultative selling methodologies.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
- Knowledge of integration ecosystems (PMS, CRS, RMS, booking engines, payments).
- Existing network within hospitality partners.
- Spanish language skills.
