TL;DR

Strategic Business Development Manager (SaaS/Hospitality): Driving new business acquisition across large hotel groups and enterprise brands with an accent on net-new logo acquisition and pipeline building from scratch. Focus on managing complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders and delivering value-driven hotel technology solutions.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Florida state, USA)

What you will do

  • Prospect and close net-new enterprise accounts within the hospitality sector.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic account mapping.
  • Lead long, complex sales cycles engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities within large hotel groups.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies and high-impact executive presentations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain accurate CRM forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of new business acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of hotel distribution, including channel management and PMS/CRS connectivity.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Must be based in Florida state.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills using CRM tools.
  • Direct experience in hospitality, travel tech, or hotel distribution.

Nice to have

  • Background in value-based or consultative selling methodologies.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of integration ecosystems (PMS, CRS, RMS, booking engines, payments).
  • Existing network within hospitality partners.
  • Spanish language skills.
