What you will do

• Drive revenue growth and close high-impact partnerships with city governments, transport authorities, and private operators.
• Execute go-to-market strategy for the Western US market, managing public-sector procurement and multi-year funding cycles.
• Create data-driven business cases to improve ridership, efficiency, and sustainability for cities and regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to city leaders to design future transit networks and identify funding mechanisms.
• Represent the company at senior levels through conferences, industry events, and thought leadership.
• Translate on-the-ground market intelligence into insights for product and strategy teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy within enterprise, government, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of winning complex, high-value, and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to drive strategic decisions and build compelling narratives.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse environments, from boardrooms to conferences.
• A self-starter capable of turning ambiguity into momentum in high-ownership environments.
• Must be located in or able to work from Los Angeles, California.
