What you will do

• Design and build agentic workflows and AI features using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Lead the design of agents, tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines for complex blockchain data.
• Build and own evaluation frameworks to measure and improve LLM output quality and latency.
• Develop backend services and APIs using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical design reviews for AI workstreams.
• Collaborate with product and DevOps teams to ship AI capabilities end-to-end.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 1-2 years of production experience building LLM-powered features.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and agentic systems.
• Strong backend skills in TypeScript/Node.js and cloud experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in SQL (Postgres) and experience with LLM evaluations.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG and vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone).
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools like LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, or Datadog.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or compliance.
