Salary: $221,000–$370,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and build scaled foundational systems for detecting, tracking, and enforcing harm using hirify.global technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical experts to inform system designs and implementations regarding observed harms.
• Leverage advanced AI technologies to automate and augment the ability to detect and reason about complex harms.
• Work with policy, trust and safety operations, legal, and investigations teams to holistically combat abusive actors.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and tools to defend against determined adversaries.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience in backend and data systems.
• At least 2 years experience in trust and safety analysis, investigation, and/or operations.
• Ability to dive into complex codebases and intuitively suggest engineering improvements.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and share knowledge clearly.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience in Machine Learning techniques.
