What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of AI and agent systems, from architecture and design to production implementation.
• Develop AI-native features, specifically autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
• Manage the full model quality lifecycle, covering experimentation, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for production-critical applications.
• Translate business needs into concrete system architecture and implement it across the entire stack.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven LLM expertise in writing, optimizing, and measuring AI prompts using structured evaluation.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, TDD, and Git.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and performance complexity.
• Experience with microservices architecture, CQRS, and event sourcing patterns.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
