What you will do

• Design and build internal tools, workflows, and automation to enable safe AI-assisted development.
• Create and maintain engineering standards and reusable patterns for AI integration.
• Collaborate with platform, architecture, and security teams to integrate AI tools into the enterprise environment.
• Implement observability and measurement frameworks to track AI adoption, quality, and operational risks.
• Coach engineering teams through workshops, documentation, and hands-on support.
• Contribute to AI governance by translating security policies into practical engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js 3.
• Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture, APIs, and CI/CD.
• Experience designing reusable technical standards or developer experience improvements.
• Security-conscious mindset with the ability to operate in highly regulated enterprise environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Experience with Node.js or Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of RAG-style workflows, AI agents, or evaluation approaches for AI outputs.
• Experience in regulated financial or enterprise environments.
