What you will do

• Act as transformation lead for major enterprise clients: define and deliver vision, technology strategy, implementation, and operating model changes.
• Own AI product delivery operations strategy and AI product strategy, recommending AI tooling and usage patterns to deliver measurable ROI.
• Design operating model reviews for AI adoption, enabling centralized reuse of AI pipelines, skills repositories, and plug-ins across engagements.
• Provide technical leadership in client environments: coach teams, drive agile delivery practices, and ensure governance and decision-making effectiveness.
• Serve as technical escalation point and proactively manage issues; align technical work with client and hirify.global technology, security, and certification standards.
• Support growth activities (bids, proposals, pitches) and develop go-to-market narratives and reusable collateral for AI propositions.

Requirements

• Proven record leading large-scale transformation projects for globally recognized brand names.
• Experience navigating large, complex organizations to connect silos and align multiple workstreams.
• Consulting skills to influence C-level stakeholders with credibility and humility.
• Technical fluency across platforms, architecture, cloud, and modern delivery practices.
• Ability to lead and build communities of technologists and develop future technical leaders.
• Must be able to work in the UK and be committed to on-site presence within client environments when needed.
