What you will do
- Act as transformation lead for major enterprise clients: define and deliver vision, technology strategy, implementation, and operating model changes.
- Own AI product delivery operations strategy and AI product strategy, recommending AI tooling and usage patterns to deliver measurable ROI.
- Design operating model reviews for AI adoption, enabling centralized reuse of AI pipelines, skills repositories, and plug-ins across engagements.
- Provide technical leadership in client environments: coach teams, drive agile delivery practices, and ensure governance and decision-making effectiveness.
- Serve as technical escalation point and proactively manage issues; align technical work with client and technology, security, and certification standards.
- Support growth activities (bids, proposals, pitches) and develop go-to-market narratives and reusable collateral for AI propositions.
Requirements
- Proven record leading large-scale transformation projects for globally recognized brand names.
- Experience navigating large, complex organizations to connect silos and align multiple workstreams.
- Consulting skills to influence C-level stakeholders with credibility and humility.
- Technical fluency across platforms, architecture, cloud, and modern delivery practices.
- Ability to lead and build communities of technologists and develop future technical leaders.
- Must be able to work in the UK and be committed to on-site presence within client environments when needed.
