What you will do

• Lead the architectural design of production-grade ML workloads, covering the full MLOps lifecycle from pipeline creation to cloud-native integration.
• Provide advanced technical support during sales cycles by building MVPs and leading deep-dive technical sessions.
• Act as a technical advisor for GenAI solutions, specializing in RAG architectures and natural language querying of structured data.
• Drive platform adoption through thought leadership, creating tutorials, and leading hackathons and industry conference presentations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical roadmaps with customer business objectives.

Requirements

• Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) or LLM deployment using tools like HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
• Proven experience working with Distributed Spark-based systems.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid).
• Ability to travel up to 30% when required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Advanced experience using Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
