TL;DR

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy across paid, organic, email, and event channels.
  • Manage the events program, including industry conferences and the annual Patient Innovators Summit.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs to accelerate pipeline in priority accounts.
  • Refine marketing operations, including attribution modeling, lead scoring, and sales handoff frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and integrate AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling demand gen programs that deliver measurable pipeline.
  • Deep expertise in marketing operations, attribution modeling, and data analysis.
  • Extensive experience with ABM strategies, including account tiering and multi-channel orchestration.
  • Experience owning or co-owning an events program.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategy to senior leadership.
