What you will do

  • Develop and drive integrated B2B marketing strategies to support pipeline growth across RPO services and SaaS products.
  • Own and optimize demand generation channels, including paid digital, SEO/SEM, email nurture, and content syndication.
  • Lead content strategy and LinkedIn presence to target TA and HR audiences, producing buyer-relevant content.
  • Shape the brand narrative and position the company as a differentiated player in the RPO and HRTech space.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, MQLs, CAC, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in HR technology, RPO, staffing, or adjacent markets.
  • Hands-on experience across digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, or HR Directors.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience launching or marketing SaaS or AI-powered HR technology products.
