What you will do

  • Translate global marketing strategy into a North America campaign approach that supports business growth and community expansion.
  • Develop role- and persona-driven campaign strategies grounded in hirify.global research and client priorities.
  • Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads, C-level engagement, and community registrations and participation.
  • Lead and develop a team of North America Campaign Marketing Managers as a player-coach, setting performance expectations tied to business outcomes.
  • Partner across C-level community program teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Database, Design, Product, and Analytics to align messaging and performance goals.
  • Own North America campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and audience growth using data, testing, and insights.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing (preferably in subscription, insights, or services-based businesses).
  • Proven success leading high-performing marketing teams and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience marketing to senior executive audiences (C-suite strongly preferred).
  • Strong expertise in audience segmentation, persona development, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and performance management skills.
  • Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a global, matrixed organization.
