What you will do
- Translate global marketing strategy into a North America campaign approach that supports business growth and community expansion.
- Develop role- and persona-driven campaign strategies grounded in research and client priorities.
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads, C-level engagement, and community registrations and participation.
- Lead and develop a team of North America Campaign Marketing Managers as a player-coach, setting performance expectations tied to business outcomes.
- Partner across C-level community program teams and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Database, Design, Product, and Analytics to align messaging and performance goals.
- Own North America campaign performance, optimizing conversion rates, funnel efficiency, and audience growth using data, testing, and insights.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing (preferably in subscription, insights, or services-based businesses).
- Proven success leading high-performing marketing teams and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience marketing to senior executive audiences (C-suite strongly preferred).
- Strong expertise in audience segmentation, persona development, and lifecycle marketing.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and performance management skills.
- Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a global, matrixed organization.

- Base salary range of 120,000 USD–167,000 USD plus an annual bonus plan or an uncapped sales incentive plan (role-dependent).
