What you will do

• Deliver pre-sales technical expertise for prospects, answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
• Build and present demos, scope use cases, and recommend architectural patterns to demonstrate business value.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs based on customer requirements discovered during pre-sales.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product planning.
• Act as the first line of defense for security and compliance inquiries for B2B SaaS products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales managing C-level relationships with complex global organizations.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and B2B SaaS compliance.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Javascript and working with REST APIs.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions and knowledge of cloud architecture.
• Must be based in Madrid
