What you will do

  • Define and communicate the product vision for Workday and other HR tools within Payroll & Total Rewards.
  • Architect technology solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and internal technology partners to align business needs.
  • Establish project management discipline and governance for deployments and ongoing maintenance of HRIS tools.
  • Create and maintain product and release requirements backlogs, prioritizing enhancements based on strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary conduit between Technology and business partners to ensure project progression.
  • Provide final sign-off for projects and serve as an escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in payroll, compensation, time & absence, HR systems, or related Product Owner/BA roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of global payroll ecosystems and their integration with compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with Workday (preferred) and global payroll vendors such as ADP Global View.
  • Proven ability in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and driving alignment among cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States.
