What you will do
- Own and drive product delivery, ensuring the squad delivers valuable digital products aligned with customer needs.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications for the development team.
- Synchronize product vision with stakeholders across sales, operations, and technology departments.
- Lead product discovery practices using customer insights and data to shape meaningful product decisions.
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, optimizations, and technical debt.
- Promote psychological safety and continuous improvement within the squad through situational leadership.
Requirements
- Strong experience in owning and delivering digital products.
- Proven experience working in international environments.
- English: C1 proficiency required.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of modern digital product delivery practices.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build shared understanding.
- Interest in applying AI tools to improve product understanding and strategic clarity.

- Knowledge of HCM or payroll systems.
