TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in Chicago, IL

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 OTE

Leading procurement analytics SaaS company founded in Finland, processing over 2% of the world's total spend for global household brands.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of 15–25 global enterprise clients with full commercial and contractual ownership.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retention through strategic relationship management.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives targeting procurement, IT, ESG, and finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders from super users to CxOs to drive product adoption and value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and/or procurement technology.
  • Ability to effectively influence and engage at the CxO level.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick ability to grasp complex software.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
