Mid Market Client Director (Sales): Drive new business revenue and client expansion for mid-market organizations (under 2,500 employees, <$1B revenue) with an accent on Cloud, Data Center Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Network, Virtualization), and Security. Focus on building pipelines, closing high-margin deals, and leveraging partners like Dell Technologies.
Location: Hybrid in New York, NY / Newark, NJ
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 OTE (base + commission)

What you will do
- Drive new business revenue, achieve monthly sales targets, and grow existing/net new accounts.
- Build a quality pipeline (3-5x) via existing customers, partners, and prospects.
- Attend multiple onsite client/partner meetings weekly and implement Unified Engagement/Messaging Frameworks.
- Qualify deals accurately using MEDDPIC/BANT-C, close high-margin deals, and forecast to meet/exceed quotas.
- Develop business cases for value differentiation and build strong relationships with accounts/prospects.
- Leverage team resources, maintain CRM reports, and build a book of business >$1.25M.
Requirements
- 5+ years direct selling enterprise infrastructure software/hardware/services or track record opening new accounts.
- Knowledge of datacenters including storage, networks, and servers.
- Strong communication/presentation skills, proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Urgency, accountability, competitive attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns.
- Excellent time management and authentic leadership building trust.
