Senior Consultant – Business Resilience & Digital Risk - Rome

Location: Rome, Italy; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

Salary: €36,000 gross annual salary starting point, with higher compensation possible depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Variable remuneration may apply.

What you will do

• Define cybersecurity and business resilience strategies, roadmaps, benchmarks, and regulatory implementation approaches.
• Conduct risk assessments, risk quantification, business impact analyses, and business interruption scenario analyses.
• Assess and implement business continuity management systems, strategies, plans, and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop risk indicators, monitoring dashboards, reporting tools, and decision-support solutions using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, and AI.
• Analyze and develop crisis management solutions and support clients with DORA, NIS2, CER, and related cyber and business resilience requirements.
• Collaborate across practices, evolve the value proposition, and lead delivery teams and client engagements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Proven experience in risk management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft 365.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, coaching, commercial, and business development skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular office or client-site presence in Rome.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO 27001, or ISO 22301.
