Visiting Associate (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Annual base salary: EUR 29,800, prorated based on the employment contract duration, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Support IT consulting projects across industries and technical environments.
• Analyze and optimize IT processes, IT value chains, and IT architectures.
• Contribute to software selection and related technology assessments.
• Independently develop IT-related project content through relevant data analysis.
• Prepare and follow up on customer meetings and presentations while interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, management engineering, business informatics, or a comparable discipline with outstanding results.
• Strong IT knowledge, including IT project management, software development, or IT service processes.
• At least one practical internship in an IT field.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a strong customer and results orientation.
• Very good communication of complex topics in both Italian and English is required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in consulting or a service-related environment.
