Senior AI Tech Consultant Cyber Security (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies. Extensive travel is required for client engagements.

Base salary: EUR 62,000–66,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and end-to-end security solutions aligned with client objectives and digital transformation programs.
• Manage complex cybersecurity projects, including delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and security advisory for major IT transformations.
• Support clients in achieving and maintaining security certifications such as ISO 27001.
• Design innovative security solutions using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing across identity and access governance, data protection, security monitoring, and network protection.
• Lead, mentor, and develop interdisciplinary teams while supporting recruitment and a culture of technical excellence.
• Select and manage cybersecurity vendors, service providers, and solution partners.

Requirements

• University degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT security consulting or a similar role, including leadership of sizable and complex projects.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity operating processes and frameworks including NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, and SABSA.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and interdisciplinary team-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are required.
• Readiness to travel extensively for client engagements and project demands.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001.
• Experience working in global contexts and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
