What you will do
- Lead and develop a global team of Tech Talent Partners and managers across multiple hubs.
- Partner directly with the CTO and EPD leadership to define hiring strategy and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain reporting, pipeline visibility, and performance metrics for technical hiring.
- Drive quality and consistency in recruitment processes across diverse international markets.
- Set and uphold the hiring bar for senior ICs and engineering leaders.
- Collaborate with employer brand and talent operations to optimize candidate experience and attraction strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years in talent acquisition with significant experience leading technical recruiting at high-growth, VC-backed companies.
- Proven track record of managing managers and building high-performing team cultures.
- Demonstrated strategic partnership with technical leadership, including roadmap and workforce planning.
- Multi-market experience across Europe and North America, with deep understanding of local talent dynamics.
- Expertise in building data visibility, dashboards, and capacity modeling for recruitment functions.
- Ability to maintain high hiring standards under pressure and adapt strategies for difficult searches.
