What you will do

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Managing Director roles across the European portfolio.
• Map talent landscapes and build proactive pipelines across multiple European markets.
• Partner with CEOs and executives on organizational design, succession planning, and hiring strategy.
• Implement standardized, best-in-class recruiting processes across various portfolio companies.
• Utilize market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform strategic hiring decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and develop scalable recruiting playbooks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in executive search and senior-level talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to independently manage a complex and high-volume requisition load.
• Deep understanding of talent landscapes and labor regulations across multiple European markets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategy with organizational growth.
• Experience building credibility and trusted relationships with board-level leaders and CEOs.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London, UK
