What you will do

• Translate complex international visa and immigration regulations into structured rules and decision trees for platform automation.
• Own the compliance framework by researching global regulatory requirements and solving complex challenges independently.
• Design and document standardized, compliant workflows to support the operations team.
• Act as a subject matter expert during sales and customer success phases to build client trust.
• Bridge the gap between regulatory accuracy and scalable platform solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Visa and Immigration Compliance.
• Fluency in both German and English is a must.
• Strong research and ownership mindset with an ability to solve complex regulatory problems.
• Analytical and structured working style suitable for a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Experience with corporate immigration is a plus.
