What you will do
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters, advising clients and employees on employment law and Collective Bargaining Agreement updates.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle leave and working hours, including family leave, sick leave, and time tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in payroll, legal, and government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain global internal documentation regarding legislative changes and employment matters.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to product development by trialing AI-assisted tools.
- Maintain strict data integrity and confidentiality protocols for all employee information.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- English: C1 business level required.
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle events and providing HR support across various jurisdictions.
- Strong background in employment laws, regulations, and complex legal interpretations.
- AI Fluency: Active use of AI-assisted tools for drafting, research, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency with communication and project management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G-suite.
Nice to have
- Experience managing long-term sick leave or extended absence cases end-to-end.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
