Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid. The role may require eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) and occasional on-site work with government clients.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects for government and public services clients.
• Work with government stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
• Coordinate technical, innovation, client, and partner teams to deliver customer value.
• Translate user research into solution requirements and operational impact with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Develop proposals, advise clients on AI strategy and implementation, and grow the Public Services portfolio.
• Mentor peers and help build robust delivery processes and practices.

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery, managing complex project lifecycles and critical deadlines.
• Experience in the Public Services sector through government, academia, or industry.
• Exposure to GDS-style digital products and delivering AI-enabled services in government.
• Experience delivering technical projects, ideally involving AI.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills, including explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) may be required, along with willingness to work on-site with government clients when necessary.
