What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for prominent clients across the Public Services sector.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate critical mission challenges and user needs into solution requirements.
• Manage projects and drive development to ensure a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer.
• Form strong relationships with data scientists, ML engineers, and technical partners to ensure operational impact.
• Develop and execute compelling proposals to grow the company's footprint and impact within Public Services.
• Mentor peers and proactively build robust processes and practices within the delivery team.

Requirements

• Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery managing complex project lifecycles under pressure.
• Proven experience in the Public Services space, including Government, academia, or industry roles.
• Exposure to GDS-style digital products and knowledge of deploying AI-enabled services in government.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing senior stakeholders and translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects, ideally within the AI domain.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC) is required.
