Delivery Manager (Education, UK&I;)

Location: Fully remote, UK-based, with travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland as needed. London office available.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementations for schools, colleges, and universities from contract signature through setup, training, go-live, and the first weeks of trading.
• Run projects through the established delivery framework, including plans, stages, checkpoints, and governance.
• Act as the main customer contact for catering managers, business managers, IT leads, and operations teams.
• Plan launches around academic calendars, term dates, holidays, and September starts.
• Configure the platform, collect menus, price lists, and student data, and train non-technical catering and administrative users.
• Own post-launch hypercare, identify issues during initial services, hand over to Success and Support, and improve the education delivery framework.

Requirements

• 3+ years of implementation or delivery experience with food-tech solutions such as EPOS, cashless catering, pre-ordering, or parent payment platforms.
• Understanding of education catering or the ability to learn the operating differences between primary schools, colleges, and universities.
• Hands-on ability to build project plans and support catering teams during go-live.
• Confidence training non-technical users and strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Based in the UK with full right to work and available to travel to client sites across the UK and Ireland.

• Experience with the operational differences between primary school lunch services and university food courts.
