Technical Delivery Manager (Public Sector)

Location: London, UK, with hybrid work flexibility; candidates must be within commuting distance of the Holborn office.

What you will do

• Manage customer deployments and technical workstreams end to end, balancing priorities, timelines, and communication.
• Become a power user of the Atlas platform and help public-sector customers achieve value, adopt the product, and identify new use cases.
• Own customer relationships through regular check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews, user support, and data-driven account insights.
• Synthesize customer feedback and coordinate feature specifications with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Implementation Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Account Executives on delivery and account expansion opportunities.
• Develop expertise in using technology to address supply chain risk, trade enforcement, and trade facilitation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in customer management, technology consulting, or technology delivery.
• Experience working with software engineers, data scientists, and non-technical customer stakeholders, including translating complex technology or data concepts.
• Experience expanding technical accounts or leading complex software projects and programmes to successful outcomes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and prioritization skills.
• Eligible and willing to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance, or already holding active SC clearance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup within commuting distance of the Holborn office.

• Experience conducting self-directed data analysis using SQL or similar languages.
