What you will do

  • Qualify and develop a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to progress prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Research target accounts and identify key personas to generate interest via cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records and lead tracking within Salesforce according to company processes.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings for executives using established qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Attend sales meetings, training, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore to be considered for this role.
  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting or lead generation experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong business and tech acumen with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent time management skills.
