What you will do
- Identify and research prospective enterprise customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Execute outbound outreach to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
- Partner with Account Executives to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-level business conversations to understand client challenges.
- Meet or exceed qualified lead and pipeline targets.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or SDR roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term career development in sales.
- Must be based in or able to work from Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience with high-volume calling and creative outbound emailing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
