Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business growth by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects across SEA & ANZ with an accent on outbound outreach and pipeline generation. Focus on conducting high-level conversations with senior executives and partnering with Account Executives to scale market presence.

What you will do

  • Identify and research prospective enterprise customers to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute outbound outreach to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Partner with Account Executives to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct high-level business conversations to understand client challenges.
  • Meet or exceed qualified lead and pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or SDR roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term career development in sales.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-volume calling and creative outbound emailing.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
