What you will do
- Proactively engage prospective clients through email, chat, and outbound calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers to arrange meetings and conduct effective follow-ups.
- Deliver compelling value-based sales pitches that communicate the benefits of solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions based on deep industry understanding.
- Leverage maritime and shipping industry knowledge to build credibility and drive commercial conversations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in new business sales or business development, ideally within maritime, shipping, logistics, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
- Proactive hunter mentality with a focus on results and resilience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
